Things have been a bit quiet here lately, and I wanted to write an update for those who are still following my journey.

Long story short, March was a pretty heavy burnout month for me.  Between finishing the major projects in February and stress from my full-time job, much of my writing and creative work crashed to a standstill.  I’ve still got a few things in the works though, and I’ll outline them below.

  • Book 9 (the 2016 content):  decided on a title (tentatively).  This will allow me to proceed with the introduction and dedication, which I need completed before I can really dig into formatting the bulk of the book.
  • Patreon exclusives:  I’ve been working on some digital items to offer exclusively to those who support me on Patreon.  I researched the idea thoroughly, and I’m 50-60% complete with production.  I want to wait until I’m closer to release to announce what it is, but I can confirm at this time that I am planning on making this content available to anyone who supports me at or above the $5 level.
  • The 2017 book:  I have a strong idea for what I’d like to write and produce by the end of 2017.  I’ve completed a rough outline, the introduction, and fleshed out the cast, but this is still in very early production.
  • eBooks:  haven’t started them yet.  I’ll dig into them en mass once I complete the paperback for 2016’s content.  But they are still on my radar.  I’ll probably start with Rhyme and Reason, and leave the larger books for later in the year.

In addition to all that, I’ve been working through some personal issues related to A) my full-time job, B) a persistent head and sinus cold, and C) that whole “learning to live again” thing I mentioned in my annual update.  All-in-all, I KNOW I did a lot in March, but I don’t feel like I got a lot accomplished.

But yeah, that’s where I’m at right now.  Please feel free to leave a comment or any questions you may have.

Until next time, take care of yourselves.
